5 Gallon Drink Recipes

White Wine Sazerac.

You will need for 1 glass:

1 cube sugar 3 Ice cubes.

1 teaspoon Pernod 3 parts white wine.

2 drops Peychaud or (Hock, Muscadet or Angostura bitters Sauternes)

1 Put the lump of sugar into the base of an old-fashioned glass.

2 Shake the bitters on to the sugar, and add the Pernod.

3 Swirl this along the sides of the glass.

4 Put the Ice cubes into the glass and add the wine.

5 Stir gently and serve.

Port and Lemon.

You will need for 1 glass:

2-3 Ice cubes 1 teaspoon sugar or.

1 part lemon juice sugar syrup.

3 parts port.

1 Put the Ice cubes into a lowball glass.

2 Pour the lemon juice, sugar and port over the ice.

3 Stir gently and serve.
