1/2 lb. bean curd
3 egg whites Salt to taste.
2 tbsp. Powdered milk 1 oz. Pork chopped.

5 tbsp. Vegetable oil 1 cup clear broth.
1 tbsp. Finely chopped cooked chicken 1/2 tsp. Ground pine nuts.
4 dried salted shrimp finely chopped.
1 dried sea cucumber soaked in water and finely chopped ‘ /a tsp. Walnut ground.
1 tbsp. Ham chopped.
5-6 dried mushrooms soaked in water and chopped finely.
3 tbsp. Cornstarch dissolved in water.
2 tbsp. Chicken fat.
1. Mash bean curd and mix with egg whites, salt, powdered milk and pork.
2. Add broth to the mixture, pour into a heated oiled pan and bring to a boil. Add chicken, ground pine nuts, sea cucumber, shrimp, ground walnut, ham, mushrooms and cornstarch. Sprinkle with chicken fat and serve.
