1/2 lb. bean curd

3 egg whites Salt to taste

2 tbsp. powdered milk 1 oz. pork chopped

5 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 cup clear broth

1 tbsp. finely chopped cooked chicken 1/2 tsp. ground pine nuts

4 dried salted shrimp finely chopped

1 dried sea cucumber soaked in water and finely chopped ‘/a tsp. walnut ground

1 tbsp. ham chopped

5-6 dried mushrooms soaked in water and chopped finely

3 tbsp. cornstarch dissolved in water

2 tbsp. chicken fat

To Prepare:

1. Mash bean curd and mix with egg whites, salt, powdered milk and pork.

2. Add broth to the mixture, pour into a heated oiled pan and bring to a boil. Add chicken, ground pine nuts, sea cucumber, shrimp, ground walnut, ham, mushrooms and cornstarch. Sprinkle with chicken fat and serve.
