This spicy, woody blend relaxes and soothes overworked, tense feet. A good soak to do before going to bed.
Use 5 drops of sandalwood essential oil, 5 drops of fir essential oil, 5 drops of patchouli essential oil, 5 drops of black pepper essential oil, 5 drops of chamomile essential oil and 6 tablespoons sea salt.

Foot Oil Soaks. Oil soaks are made by adding a carrier oil to the foot-soak water. The carrier oil provides nourishment and lubrication. Oil soaks are good if you have dry, scaly or cracked skin. You can also add oil to any other foot-soak formula to counteract the drying action of ingredients like salt and vinegar.
