BEST ALBUM COVERS FROM THE 80S

Branching out in her own time and style has been the change Lucie needed, but what is perhaps most extraordinary about this release is she has virtually done it all on her own. Without label support, she has produced it with no press team, pluggers, financial backing, or teams of assistants and coordinators, apart from a very dedicated manager, Jon Leshay, and a distribution contact.

“I’ve been happy to do it independently because this way you kind of never feel like you fall back to zero. That’s a nice feeling – it doesn’t feel like it’s an obligation for anyone.”

When the album was released in September Lucie quickly saw all her hard work come together. It was the final reassurance she needed to prove all the determination and self-belief had paid off. Radio personality, Bobby Bones, who has one of the biggest syndicated morning radio shows in the US, debuted LETTERS TO GHOSTS, and she recently joined him for a short string of dates on his sold-out tour.

Lucie has received support from the CMT Networks and MTV. com; CMT named her a Listen Up/Artist to Watch for 2016 and Spotify included her as spotlight artist. She’s hit the road with everyone from Kasey Musgraves and Tom Jones, to Daughtry, James Bay, Bonnaroo with Skrillex and Ms. Lauryn Hill.
