In order to preprogram the Hand Levitation Workout and Fitness workout and fitness technique to work for you, you can record these instructions on an audio recorder, then enter your level with the 5 to 1 method as you have learned. Once at your level, you will play the recording and follow the instructions.
After entering your level but before starting the recording, preprogram yourself that you are going to learn how to enter your level with the Hand Levitation Method.
Once you have completed the routine but before coming out of your level, reinforce this by reminding yourself that you have learned how to enter your level with the Hand Levitation Method, and that in the future, any time you use Hand Levitation, you will enter deeper, healthier levels of mind.
While you are preprogramming the workout and fitness technique to work for you, go ahead and raise your hand consciously, timing the movement so that the back of your hand will touch your face at the appropriate time.
Later, when you are using Hand Levitation to enter your level, simply concentrate on your hand becoming lighter and lighter and moving closer and closer to your face, as it rises higher and higher until it touches your face. If necessary, when you are first practicing this workout and fitness technique, help your hand get started and then let it continue to come up all by itself.

When you are ready to begin, assume an erect sitting position, allowing yourself enough room to raise your arm comfortably. Then look at and concentrate on your stronger hand, while both hands rest on your lap, palms down. While I count slowly from 10 to 1, you will go through a complete cycle of Hand Levitation. When I reach the count of 1, the back of your hand will contact your face, and you will enter a deeper, healthier level of mind. When I begin the count, I will be giving you directions for each descending number.
