Casserole Of Fish Recipe

1 medium-sized onion, thinly sliced salt and pepper pinch paprika pinch nutmeg milk 2 eggs 1 oz. flour juice 1 lemon
1 Prepare the fish and cut into pieces and put into a casserole.
2 Melt the butter and cook the onion until soft.
3 Sprinkle the oni^n on top of the fish and add salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
4 Moisten with a little milk and water. Cover and bake for about 15 minutes in a moderately hot oven (375Â°F – Gas Mark 5).
5 Mix the eggs, flour and lemon juice together. Add any liquid from the fish and mix in well.
6 Pour over the fish, return to the oven and cook uncovered for a further 10 minutes.
