You will need for 1 glass:
3 Ice cubes 1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon brandy B6n6dictine
1 tablespoon Curasao 2 parts port Champagne
1 Put the Ice cubes into a highball glass.
2 Pour the brandy, Curasao, Benedictine over Ice and add the port.
3 Stir gently.
4 Top with Champagne and serve.
You will need for 1 glass: 1 teaspoon sugar or 4 Ice cubes sugar syrup Champagne
1 sprig fresh mint 1 slice fresh lemon
1 Put the sugar and mint into a collins glass.
2 Swirl this round, crushing the mint.
3 Put the Ice cubes into the glass and fill with Champagne.
4 Garnish with the lemon slice and serve.
