Bahamas Punch

You will need for 1 glass:

juice 1 fresh lemon 3 parts golden or white 1 teaspoon sugar syrup rum 3 drops Angostura 1 slice fresh orange bitters 1 slice fresh lemon teaspoon grenadine cracked Ice ground nutmeg

1 Pour the lemon juice and syrup into a glass jug.

2 Shake the bitters into the mixture.

3 Add the grenadine, rum and slices of fresh fruit.

4 Stir thoroughly and store in the refrigerator for

3 hours.

5 Fill a lowball glass with cracked ice.

6 Pour in the unstrained punch.

7 Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and serve.

Punch Martiniquais

You will need for 1 glass:

juice 2 fresh limes 3 parts dark rum 3 drops orange bitters 1 slice fresh lime or Angostura bitters 1 slice fresh orange

1 teaspoon grenadine cracked ice

1 part Cointreau ground nutmeg

1 Put the lime juice into a glass jug and shake the bitters into it.

2 Add the grenadine, Cointreau, rum and fruit.

3 Stir thoroughly and store in a refrigerator for

3 hours.

4 Fill a lowball glass with cracked ice, and pour in the unstrained punch.

5 Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and serve.
