Egg And Cheese Fricassee Recipe

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes.

You will need for 4 servings:

4 hard-boiled eggs salt and pepper.

1 pint white sauce 6 oz. Grated cheese

1 tablespoon.

1 tablespoon chopped breadcrumbs parsley 1 level teaspoon grated nutmeg.

1 Slice the eggs and put into a fireproof dish.

2 Make the white sauce.

3 Add parsley, nutmeg, seasoning and about 4 oz. Of the cheese.

4 Pour over the eggs.

5 Mix the rest of the cheese and the breadcrumbs together and sprinkle over the top.

6 Brown in a moderately hot oven (375‚°F -Gas Mark 5) or under the grill.

The randomness of the interval is up to you, but the key is to introduce chaos into your workout. If you put your first marker down after 45 seconds, put the second one down at 90 seconds, and the third one down at 55 seconds.
