Egg And Cheese Fricassee Recipe

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

You will need for 4 servings:

4 hard-boiled eggs salt and pepper

1 pint white sauce 6 oz. grated cheese

1 tablespoon

1 tablespoon chopped breadcrumbs parsley 1 level teaspoon grated nutmeg

1 Slice the eggs and put into a fireproof dish.

2 Make the white sauce.

3 Add parsley, nutmeg, seasoning and about 4 oz. of the cheese.

4 Pour over the eggs.

5 Mix the rest of the cheese and the breadcrumbs together and sprinkle over the top.

6 Brown in a moderately hot oven (375°F -Gas Mark 5) or under the grill.
