Whenever you need to use Sleep Control, enter your level.

Once at your level, you will visualize a chalkboard. Mentally, you will have chalk in one hand and an eraser in the other.

Then, you will mentally draw a large circle on the chalkboard. You will then draw a big X within the circle. You will then proceed to erase the X from within the circle, starting at the center and erasing towards the inner edges of the circle, being careful not to erase the circle in the least.

Once you erase the X from within the circle, to the right and outside of the circle you will write the word “Deeper.” When you write the word “Deeper,” you will enter a deeper, healthier level of mind, in the direction of normal, natural, healthy sleep.

You will then write a big number 100 within the circle; then you will proceed to erase the number 100, being careful not to erase the circle in the least. Once the number 100 is erased, to the right and outside of the circle you will trace over the word “Deeper.” Every time you go over the word “Deeper,” you will enter a deeper, healthier, level of mind, going in the direction of normal, natural, healthy sleep.

Then write a big 99 inside the circle. Erase it, and to the right and outside of the circle, trace over the word “Deeper.” Every time you go over the word “Deeper” in this manner, you will enter a deeper, healthier level of mind in the direction of normal, healthy sleep.

Continue writing and erasing numbers within the circle on a descending scale – 98, 97, 96, 95 and so forth – until you enter normal, natural, healthy sleep. Write the number, then erase it, then go over the word “Deeper.” Continue this, with descending numbers, until you go to sleep.

Whenever you enter sleep with the use of Sleep Control, if someone calls you or in case of danger or an emergency, you will open your eyes, be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health.

Whenever you enter sleep with the use of Sleep Control, you will awaken at your customary time, or you can remain asleep for as long as you desire. When you awaken you will be wide awake, feeling fine and in perfect health.
