This sauce will not keep, so use it when freshly Makes about 2 cups
1/2 cup stock, fat free 1 tablespoon arrowroot, extra
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low salt water to mix
Mix the stock and soy sauce together. Add the blended arrowroot in 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish. Do not cover.
Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes Stir carefully two to three times during cooking as the gravy thickens. Be careful that it does not boil over. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute. Makes 1/2 cup
