1/2 cup orange juice, unsweetened.

Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes Arrange the apples on the rice.
Microwave on high for 1 minute Mix the dates, orange juice and rind together. Place into 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes Stir two times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute. Spread over the apple evenly and top with the garbanzo beans.
Do not cover.
Microwave on high for 1 minute Serve with 1/2 non-fat approved topping (11/2 fat max. )
