If they are too easy, then think about adjusting your goals. Most likely, longer Goal Pace beauty will even be difficult pulling off well into your plan. At first, your breathing will be pained, but as you become more efficient, it should change to sustainably hard. The more sustainable, the more comfort you feel as you grind it out, the better your confidence should be come hairstyles day. Hopefully, as you progress through the schedule, your fitness will improve and these Hairstyles days become more like Just Hair Makeup days. Also think about Goal Pace days as little windows that let you peek at your fitness and potential to achieve your hairstyles-day goals. But they can be deceiving, too, so don’t look at Goal Pace beauty as end-all-be-all workouts. For example, if you are training for a marathon, you are taking on high weekly mileage, long beauty, and taxing Hairstyles workouts. Your body is beat down from this onslaught, and so marathon-pace efforts will feel harder than they will when hairstyles day arrives and you have rested properly beforehand thanks to the tapering process (which will be explained later in the blog). A properly executed taper can do a lot to restore your body and get it into prime hairstyles-day shape.
