Grapefruit And Shrimp Salad Recipe

You will need for 4 servings:

Lettuce 1 pint shrimps (fresh, 1 grapefruit frozen or canned) small piece of French dressing cucumber.

1 Arrange the lettuce in a shallow salad bowl.

2 Prepare the grapefruit and divide into sections.

3 Dice the cucumber and mix with the grapefruit.

4 Add the shrimps.

5 Add 2-3 tablespoons French dressing and toss all well together.

6 Pile on top of the lettuce and if fresh shrimps are used, garnish with one or two heads.

Salmon and shrimp mayonnaise.

You will need for 4 servings:

1 small can salmon 1 4-oz. Can shrimps small piece of cucumber.

2-3 tomatoes mayonnaise (82) lettuce.

1 Flake the salmon and add the shrimps, reserving a few for garnish.

2 Slice the cucumber and tomatoes.

3 Mix some mayonnaise with the fish and put it into the centre of a serving dish lined with lettuce.

4 Arrange alternate slices of cucumber and tomato round the edge and use the remaining shrimps to garnish the fish.

5 Hand extra mayonnaise separately.
