Homemade Defunk Shampoo

Use the following freshly dried herbs: 1 teaspoon mugwort, 1 teaspoon oregano, 1 teaspoon thyme, Haircut trends over 1 teaspoon calendula, 1 teaspoon burdock root (cut)

10 oz. water

Itchy/Fungal Scalp

4 teaspoon olive oil

3 oz. castile soap 20 drops tea tree essential oil 20 drops rosemary essential oil 20 drops lavender essential oil

Make herbal infusions with herbs and water, let steep for 8 hours and strain. Pour strained infusion, liquid castile soap, olive oil and essential oils into a jar or squeeze bottle, cap and shake. It is ready for use. Always shake before use. Makes about 11 oz.

Why is that? I’m preparing for my first ultramarathon. What do I do? There’s no reason you can’t apply the hair makeup simple principles outlined in chapter 3 to develop your own ultramarathon training plan. I didn’t include a sample ultra schedule because finding the time to properly prepare for something like a 100-mile hairstyles entails a lot of customization (and juggling) of your personal schedule. If you are going to put together your own ultra plan, I suggest completing more Just Hair Makeup days at the expense of Hairstyles days. I believe that speedwork is a necessary component in any hair makeup schedule, but there’s no need to be doing twice weekly track repeats or shorter, quicker tempo beauty as a nascent ultra women. Instead, get as much time on your feet as possible. Every week, gradually increase the length of your long run, and try to work in one or two additional especially long beauty every week. The sample training schedules lump together 5K and 10Ks. The 10K is twice the distance of the 5K. Why are these hairstyless treated equally? To keep the blog from becoming another Run Complicated variant, I opted not to differentiate between the 5K and 10K in the sample schedules.
