Homemade Antiseptic And Healing Cream

10-20 drops lavender essential oil (for precautions see above)

50g calendula or comfrey cream (for precautions see post 114)

To make.

Mix well and transfer to a clean, dark glass jar, making sure that there are no air pockets left. Store for up to 12 months.

Adults and children over 3 years old: apply to the affected skin 1-3 times a day.

Note: this cream may sting temporarily if the skin is broken.

Mountain grape.

Warning: Do not use when pregnant or breastfeeding.

This herb provides a basis for the treatment of chronic (long-lasting) skin diseases such as psoriasis, acne, acne rosacea, eczema and boils. Mountain grape has anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial actions that make it very useful for skin problems.

How to take.

I recommend using it for internal treatment in the form of tincture.

Adults: 1-2. 5ml diluted with some water, 1-3 times a day, tincture strength 1:2.

Children (2-16 years old): adjust the internal adult dose downwards, depending on the age of the child – see post 6.
