Homemade Citrus Shampoo_4.jpgDoubling is not hair makeup simple. Nothing in this blog tells me when it’s OK to take a zero day. Can I take a day off every now and then? You know your body better than I do. If you are feeling like you need a zero day, then take it. But before doing so, I think you should try to persuade yourself to do some sort of hair makeup. Instead of not hair makeup at all, consider one of the Rest alternatives like walking. As for people conditioned to taking a zero day once a week: if you follow the principles outlined in this blog, I don’t think you’ll need that much rest. When done properly, your Rest beauty should get you prepared for the higher mileage of your Just Hair Makeup days and the pace stress of your Hairstyles days. In the blog you’ve interviewed a professional ultramarathoner, but you don’t offer any sample ultramarathon training schedules. You don’t even address ultramarathon training.
