Hey everyone. I’m Abby from LA with Brooklyn.Hey guys. And today, we’re gonna show you how to do a bun that Brooklyn named. The crown bun, because it looks like a crown on my head. At least that’s what I thought. There you go. It kind of pulls apart, and I don’t know. Lace bun and it looks like a crown Like a flower crown So if you like these posts, be sure to give us a thumbs up. Be sure to comment by clicking the link right here, and let’s go. Now, to begin this hairstyle, you can see that we’ve pulled Brooklyn’s hair up into a nice high ponytail, and we’ve left just a few little softies out by her ears. We’re gonna go back to the ponytail, and ultimately, this hair is gonna be divided into seven pieces, so you want to section off accordingly. So, I’m gonna go to the left side and just pick up a little piece of hair right here.

Smooth it out, and I’m gonna go down probably like three inches and put in an elastic. So that was nice and easy. Now I’m gonna section off another section. This is number two. Remember we’re gonna get seven, so don’t take too much hair. Gonna smooth it out as well. and I’m gonna make this one pop up, and I’m gonna pull that up close to the roots. So now this time I’m probably only down like two inches, but I want about an inch between each elastic. Go ahead and put in another elastic. Okay, so on that one, you can see it popped this up. There’s about an inch, and maybe, roughly two inches here. I’m gonna section off another section, and do the same thing. Okay now, on these last two. just again, make sure that you’re keeping them tight. I know this seems funny, but it’s really important. If you don’t they end up puckering up when you twist the bun, and making funny shapes. Just try to keep them tight. Okay, now when you’re done it should look something like this.
You can see all seven pieces going in, and the little ribbing that’s created by the elastics. We’re just gonna set that on the bottom of the hair, take this piece and twist it up and over, and softly, just wrap that up and under, if you have long hair like Brooklyn does. We’re gonna tuck that up and under, all the way around. until it creates kind of that flowery shape that we’re looking for. Can you see it right there? And then we’re going to bobbipin that into place. Okay, and you’re just gonna finish bobbipinning where you want it pinned, so it gives you this nice flowery effect on the back and you’re finished. Let’s do the final spin. I love the flowering effect with this bun. It’s really pretty. Ta-da. Now if you love this post, be sure to give us a thumbs up.
