NON-ABLATIVE LASER TREATMENT
Less intense than ablative treatments, this method stimulates new collagen production in the dermis, and causes skin contraction and tightening. The treatment essentially works by treating wrinkles from the inside out, rather than removing them from the outside.
ATIVE LASER TREATMENT
There are 3 types of ablative lasers used for resurfacing the skin: carbon dioxide (CO2), erbium (Er: YAG); and the long-pulsed erbium (YAG). A qualified dermatologist will select the most appropriate treatment for you, but all focus laser energy on damaged surface layers and vaporize them, allowing collagen regeneration and new, smooth skin to grow.
