If your prescription minimizes your eyes, think about lining your eyes to try to make them stand out. It’s probably a good idea to curl your lashes.

If your prescription maximizes your eyes, make sure that your mascara doesn’t clump. Instead of doing a heavy-duty single coat of thickening mascara, try doing two coats of thinner, lengthening formula.

If you feel as if you disappear behind glasses, you might experiment by wearing more assertive types of frames. A heavy tortoise or black style looks surprisingly good even with fine features. It’s a good idea to select frames when you have plenty of time to play around. Never go shopping for frames directly from an eye doctor’s appointment if you have had dilating eyedrops; you cannot properly see yourself.
