To deep condition your hair, simply put the conditioner on your hair, place a plastic cap on your head and sit under a hair dryer for 15-30 minutes. If you do not have a hair dryer, just leave the plastic cap on for at least an hour (or overnight) and cover it with a towel/headscarf. The heat from your head will provide enough warmth. After the conditioner has set for a sufficient amount of time, rinse it out, then blow-dry and moisturize your hair with your daily moisturizers.
