You will need for 12-14 persons: 2 tablespoons sugar or 3 thinly sliced fresh sugar syrup lemons
1 teaspoon Angostura 1 split soda water bitters ice
3 thinly sliced fresh 3 bottles Champagne oranges
1 Put the sugar, bitters and fruit juices into a punch bowl.
2 Stir the mixture thoroughly, add the soda water.
3 Put in several large chunks of Ice and stir again.
4 At the last minute pour in the chilled Champagne and serve.
You will need for 12-14 persons: Ice 3 half bottles lager
1 pint dry sherry
1 pint brandy
3 half bottles stout
2 bottles Champagne 2 thinly sliced lemons
1 Put several large chunks of Ice into a punch bowl.
2 Pour the sherry, brandy, stout and lager over the ice.
3 Stir the mixture thoroughly, garnish with lemons and at the last minute pour in the Champagne.
