4 servings of hot cooked noodles pinch ginger (65) pinch coriander.
1 cups mushrooms, sliced pinch cayenne pepper.
2 cups fairly thick white sauce 14 cup breadcrumbs (approved.
1 tablespoon soy sauce, low salt.
Put the mushrooms in 1/2 medium-sized, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover. Microwave on high for 4 minutes Turn at least two times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute.
Mix in the remaining sauce ingredients, folding in well.
Microwave on medium high for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve over the cooked noodles and top with the dry breadcrumbs.
Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the mushrooms before cooking.

Keep in mind that unlike other coaches out there, I'm not suggesting that you walk in the middle of a hairstyles or that you walk on a Hairstyles day. Walking is purely part of recovery. It's to be done on your Rest day. Keep in mind, too, that walking isn't limited to the Walk days on this schedule. Please walk as much as possible. If you spend most of your time at work sitting in a cubicle or office, then make it a habit to take walk breaks of 10 to 15 minutes once an hour. For some jobs this may not be possible, so just do what you can. Walk when the opportunity presents itself. Park far away from the office door and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Any time you sit in front of the steering wheel of your car, ask yourself this question: can I walk there? Don't spend your time finding excuses why you can't walk somewhere; find the ways to get it done, and make it happen.
