Put the mushrooms in 1/2 medium-sized, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover. Microwave on high for 4 minutes Turn at least two times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 1 minute.
Mix in the remaining sauce ingredients, folding in well.
Microwave on medium high for 3 to 4 minutes
Serve over the cooked noodles and top with the dry breadcrumbs.
Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the mushrooms before cooking.
