New Jersey Fish With Vegetables

4 100 g pieces of lean white fish, skin and bones removed 1 medium carrot, grated 31/2 cup celery, finely chopped 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

1 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice.

2 tablespoons chives, chopped good pinch paprika pinch cayenne pepper.

Place the fish in 1/2 shallow, round, microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with paprik1/2 and pepper. Cover.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes Rearrange the fish once during cooking. Place the grated carrot, celery and chives on top of the fish.

Gently spoon the liquids onto the vegetables. Cover.
