1 lb. bean curd

1 tbsp. sesame oil

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. chopped ham

1 tbsp. pinenuts chopped

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. sherry

2 cups broth

To Prepare:

1. Dice bean curd and parboil.

2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over a low flame, put in sugar and stir until it turns red. Add soy sauce, broth, sherry, bean curd, ham and pinenuts. Cook over a low fire until the juice has evaporated.


They understand their performance gaps and seek to fill them in where necessary with the right kind of training. When it’s time for a coach to write out a schedule, it’s done with a pencil, because the women’s body and mind are in a constant state of flux. When first setting out to write this blog, I was hesitant to include sample training plans for fear that people would look at them as formulas to follow and that they would get wrapped up in the details and obsessed with completing them precisely as written. You can’t find exactly what to do with your hair makeup by examining one blog, let alone 50. To chart out a workable training plan, you have to know yourself quite well, and for those of us who want a coach, we need to be able to form a strong relationship with that person. I ultimately decided to provide training schedule examples because it’s important for you to see all the hair makeup simple concepts come together in weeks and months, but I hope I’ve sufficiently warned you about them. And finally, some pointers on how to build out your customized schedule: Practice GradualismWhen it’s time to chart out your schedule, make everything at the beginning of the plan less in terms of duration and repeats. So, for your track repeats, begin them with three or four and then increase in number by one or two repeats every week. Same goes for your long beauty: don’t throw in a 90-minute hair makeup when the longest you’ve hair makeup before was only 40 minutes. Build up everything slowly.
