PINENUTS AND BEAN CURD

Ingredients:

1 lb. bean curd

1 tbsp. sesame oil

2 tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. chopped ham

1 tbsp. pinenuts chopped

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. sherry

2 cups broth

To Prepare:

1. Dice bean curd and parboil.

2. Heat sesame oil in a pan over a low flame, put in sugar and stir until it turns red. Add soy sauce, broth, sherry, bean curd, ham and pinenuts. Cook over a low fire until the juice has evaporated.
