Quick Healthy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

One pound Brussels sprouts Four tbsp pine nuts One tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

‚ Pour one cup of water into your Instant Pot. Set the trivet and the steamer basket.

‚ Put Brussels sprouts in a steamer basket.

‚ Seal pot with the lid and select ‚ “Manual‚  for three minutes.

‚ Use rapid pressure release method.

‚ Transfer Brussels sprouts at the plate and add olive oil, pine nuts, salt, and pepper.

‚ Serve and enjoy!
