Quick Healthy Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

One pound Brussels sprouts Four tbsp pine nuts One tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

• Pour one cup of water into your Instant Pot. Set the trivet and the steamer basket.

• Put Brussels sprouts in a steamer basket.

• Seal pot with the lid and select “Manual” for three minutes.

• Use rapid pressure release method.

• Transfer Brussels sprouts at the plate and add olive oil, pine nuts, salt, and pepper.

• Serve and enjoy!
