4 cups red cabbage, shredded
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cups green seedless grapes
2 red apples, peeled and sliced chunky
1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice 1/2 cup dry wine
2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder pinch sweet paprika
Place the cabbage, onion, apples, grapes and apple juice in 1/2 large, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.
Microwave on high for 6 to 8 minutes Stir three times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 3 minutes. Serve hot over rice or flat noodles (62, 65).
4 small wholemeal pit1/2 pockets 4 tablespoons tomato paste, no added salt
1 tablespoon chives, chopped 4 medium mushrooms, sliced thinly
3 tablespoons medium-hot taco 4 tablespoons gesk1/2 cheese, sauce (114) 11/2 fat (max.) (optional)
Mix the tomato paste and taco sauce together, divide into equal portions and spread onto the pit1/2 pockets. Sprinkle with chives and arrange the mushrooms on top of each pita. Lightly sprinkle with the gesk1/2 cheese. Place each pizz1/2 onto 1/2 paper towel and arrange them in the oven, well spaced.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes Turn each pizz1/2 around (1/2 half turn) during cooking.
If cooking the pizzas singly, place the pizz1/2 on 1/2 paper towel and put in the oven.
