1 cup skim milk liquid 116 tablespoons cornflour, extr1/2 water to mix.
Carefully mix the skim milk and blended cornflour. Pour into 1/2 small, deep, microwave-safe dish. Do not cover.
Microwave on high for 116 to 2 minutes Stir two to three times during cooking as it thickens. Be careful not to let the mixture boil over.
Makes 1 cup.

For curiy sauce follow the recipe as above and add 1 teaspoon of curry powder and 1/2 pinch of cayenne pepper.
2. For mustard sauce follow the recipe as above and add 1 teaspoon mustard powder and 1/2 pinch cayenne pepper.
3. For caper sauce follow the recipe as above and add 1 tablespoon whole capers and 1 teaspoon of caper vinegar from the jar. Stir in well.
4. For sweet white sauce follow the recipe as above and add 1 to 2 teaspoons 1/2nill1/2 and 1 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice concentrate. Stir in well.
