Slimming Salad Recipe

You will need for 4 servings:

1 lettuce

4-6 radishes small piece cucumber

3-4 spring onions

1 small red or green pepper

2 oz. cream cheese 3-4 tablespoons yoghourt black pepper little onion juice

1 Prepare the lettuce and arrange in a salad bowl.

2 Slice the radishes, slice but do not peel cucumber.

3 Slice onions and cut pepper into thin shreds.

4 Mix radishes, cucumber, onions and pepper with the cream cheese.

5 Add the yoghourt to which a little freshly ground black pepper and onion juice has been added.

6 Pile on the top of the lettuce.

You will need for 4 servings:

1 lettuce 3-4 radishes 2 tomatoes 3-4 oz. shrimps 3-4 uncooked (fresh or 1 small can) mushrooms 1 tablespoon chopped 2-3 chives or spring parsley onions

1 Line a shallow bowl with the lettuce.

2 Arrange the sliced tomatoes and mushrooms on top.

3 Sprinkle with chopped chives and add sliced radishes and shrimps.

4 Moisten with the following dressing and finally sprinkle with parsley.
