1 cup unsweetened pineapple pieces
1/2 cup red pepper, seeded, cut into strips
1/2 cup green pepper, seeded, cut into strips
31/2 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice concentrate 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low salt 1 tablespoon cornflour, extr1/2 water to mix pinch cayenne pepper pinch allspice
Combine all ingredients in 1/2 medium-sized, deep, microwave-safe dish. Do not cover.
Microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes Stir two to three times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further
