This wrinkle-preventing and rejuvenating skin treatment has been practiced by a friend for the past 20 years. She claims that her youthful and vibrantycomplexion is the result of this daily castor oil ritual. Its origins are from Native American skin care.
1/2 to 1/2 teaspoon castor oil; use more or less as needed
Massage castor oil into the skin after the face has been washed but is still slightly moist and warm. The warmth and moisture allow the thick viscous consistency of the castor oil to spread easily over the skin and contribute to the success of this treatment. Pat off excess oil if desired. Makes enough for 1 treatment.
