Tofu Nut Burgers

A good main dish that is both sweet and nourishing, Tofu Nut Burgers have a tonic (healthfully nourishing) effect. They are a bodybuilding food that decreases Vata, is neutral for Pitta, and increases Kapha. When eaten with the usual selection of condiments‚ pickles, olives, mustard, catsup, and so forth‚ they are more easily digested. Choose from condiments according to your taste.
