Tomato Sauce

2 small onions 1 clove garlic

1 cup tomato paste, salt free 1/2 cup apple juice, unsweetened 1/2 cup apples, cooked,

1 tablespoon unsweetened apple juice concentrate 16 cup sauce 14 cup water unsweetened, drained

Process the onions, garlic, apples and apple juice, with the cutting blade, until smooth. Place in 1/2 large, deep, microwave-safe dish. Cover.

Microwave on high for 4 minutes Stir two times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well. Cover.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes Stir at least three to four times during cooking. Allow to stand for 1/2 further 2 minutes.

Place in 1/2 sterilised bottle and refrigerate. It will keep several months. Makes about 2 cups

Whipped frozen banan 1/2 topping

2 bananas, skins left on, washed and dried

Place the washed bananas in the freezer section of the refrigerator and freeze until hard. Remove the skins and cut the frozen bananas. Process, using the cutting blade, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

The topping may be used when made or it can be placed into 1/2 container and refrozen. After freezing, process the mixture again. It will be extr 1/2 creamy to use.
