Tuna And Macaroni Salad Recipe

You will need for 4 servings:

1 can tuna fish

8 oz. cooked macaroni 1 small cucumber, diced 1 tablespoon finely grated onion

1 tablespoon chopped parsley mayonnaise salt and pepper lemon juice lettuce paprika and olives for garnish

1 Drain excess oil from the fish and break it up into flakes.

2 Mix with the macaroni, cucumber, onion and parsley.

3 Add enough mayonnaise to moisten, correct the seasoning and add the lemon juice to taste.

4 Arrange the lettuce in a dish, pile the fish mixture on top.

5 Garnish with paprika and olives.

Salmon cole slaw

You will need for 4 servings:

1 71-oz. can salmon salt and pepper 1 small cucumber, 1 small or 1 large peeled and diced Savoy cabbage 3 tablespoons salad 2 hard-boiled eggs cream (82) 2 tomatoes lemon juice

1 Flake the salmon, add cucumber and salad cream.

2 Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt as required.

3 Shred the cabbage and put into a serving dish.

4 Pile the fish on top and garnish with slices of hard-boiled egg and wedges of tomato.
